Que sont les salles de consommation à moindre risque ?

En décembre prochain, le Gate, première salle de consommation (de drogues) à moindre risque (SCMR) ouvrira ses portes au centre de Bruxelles, dans le quartier Lemonnier.
Julien Fanelli et Nicolas De Troyer viendront nous expliquer comment ils l'ont conçu et comment elle s'intégrera dans le réseau de soins bruxellois.
