PV REUNION PSYCHOLOGUES INTERSITES

Présentes : Céline Boinet, Christine Baud’huin, Déborah Cordier, Yasmine Delzenne, Marie Léchevin, Maud Spoel, Anne-Marie Hassoun et Sophie Boussereau

1) Utilisation de Polydenos :
 - Mot de passe SANS majuscule : his-izz
 - Penser à changer de mot de passe ! (en haut à droite sur le nom > modifier mot de passe + sauver)
 - Nom d’utilisateur = nom de famille + prénom
 - Clarté du titre des PV afin de mieux s’y retrouver + date
 - Partie intranet >> créer du contenu

2) Dossier informatique (onglet croix blanche sur fond rouge) :
Réflexion autour d’une demande commune à formuler à Daniel
 - Questionnement autour du lieu de la note…
 - Partie psychologue se trouve dorénavant dans la partie paramédicale (et non plus médicale comme dans version papier) >> dossier des paramédicaux > partie psychologue
!!! Partie jaune est directement repris dans le rapport d’hospitalisation !!!
Le psychologue doit gérer sa conclusion…

3) Légalement doit-on avoir des notes personnelles ?
Si le patient demande à consulter son dossier, obligation de lui fournir ! (+ enquête juridique)

Obligation légale de garder les dossiers patients pendant 30 ans.

Lors de la prochaine réunion des psychologues intersites, nous reprendrons ces sujets.
